L’inquinamento urbano è une delle maggiori cause del climate change e danneggia la salute umana e gli ecosistemi. Larghe fasce di popolazione vivono in un ambiente insalubre e respirano quotidianamente inquinanti come monossido di carbonio, anidride carbonica, e altri. La diffusione delle sorgenti di inquinamento nelle città è enorme, basti pensare ai mezzi di trasporto.
Outdoor Pollution
Urban pollution is one of the main causes of climate change and it’s harmful for human health and ecosystems. Large parts of population live in unhealthy environments and breathe toxic air every day such as carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide and others. The diffusion of urban air pollution sources is enormous, just think of means of transport.
Inquinamento Indoor
L’aria degli ambienti indoor può essere fino a 5 volte più inquinata di quella outdoor. Infatti, oltre alle sostanze nocive proveniente dall’esterno, ci sono molte sorgenti interne che aumentano il livello di inquinamento: dalle sostanze tossiche provenienti dall’arredamento agli effetti delle tipiche attività quotidiane come cucinare, lavarsi e pulire. Nelle nostre case e negli uffici, dove spendiamo circa il 90% del nostro tempo, pensiamo di essere al sicuro. Purtroppo, la realtà è ben diversa.
Indoor Pollution
Indoor air can be up to five times more polluted than outdoor air. As a matter of fact, beyond pollutants from the outside, there are many indoor sources that increase the air pollution level: from toxic substances produced by furniture to the effects of typical household activities such as cooking, washing and cleaning. In our homes and offices, where we spend about 90% of our time, we think we are safe. Unfortunately, reality is quite different.

Una “foresta diffusa” per la città
Il nostro progetto nasce nelle case delle persone ma punta a diventare una soluzione definitiva al problema dell’inquinamento atmosferico. Il nostro sogno è costruire un network mondiale di albero indoor e outdoor, in vari modelli, dimensioni e potenza, che lavorino insieme in modo smart ed efficiente. La tecnologia ERA, cuore pulsante di albero, infatti, grazie ai filtri eco-rigeneranti ha un impatto ecologico molto basso a fronte di un enorme capacità di abbattere l’inquinamento. Per questo, albero non è solo una tecnologia ma un potentissimo strumento di cui persone, aziende e città possono dotarsi per unirsi sinergicamente e cambiare il mondo.

A “widespread forest” for the city
Our project was born indoor but aspires to become a definitive solution for air pollution. Our dream is a world network of indoor and outdoor albero, smartly and efficiently working together. Thanks to its regenerating eco-filters, ERA technology has a very low ecological impact compared to its huge capacity to remove pollution. Therefore, albero is not only a technology but a powerful tool that people, companies and cities can use to change the world, together.
L’impossibilità di ricreare spazi verdi all’interno di grandi aggregati urbani per depurare l’aria e riequilibrare l’atmosfera ha dato vita all’idea di albero Urban: il purificatore ideato per depurare l’aria inquinata derivante dai processi di combustione nelle metropoli e dei siti industriali.
The impossibility of recreating green spaces within large urban areas to purify the air and rebalance the atmosphere gave rise to the idea of the Urban tree: the purifier designed to purify the polluted air deriving from combustion processes in the metropolis and industrial sites.
